When it comes to grassroots drifting, there is no place quite like Driven Luck Circuit. Nestled among the hills of Northeast Alabama, this track is a world of its own. DLC offers an experience that encapsulates the most important aspects of drift culture, for drivers, spectators and media alike. 

Family run and family friendly, this is one of the absolute best places to hear engines roar and tires screech.

I had the pleasure of capturing Knuckle Up Field Trip 2, hosted at DLC in July 2024 and it turned out to be one of the absolute best events to date. It was great to see new and regular drivers on track, throwing down all weekend.

Seeing drivers unfamiliar with a track learning the lines and becoming more confident with every run is one of my favorite parts of drifting from the media perspective. It truly never gets old, and with Driven Luck’s near unlimited seat time, it’s safe to say things got pretty rowdy. I look forward to seeing more events like KU Field Trip make their way to DLC, and I highly recommend checking out some of the tracks upcoming events!
