A Pinnacle of Audi Engineering

Throughout the years, Audi has produced so many groundbreaking cars in their existence and the under-the-radar, unassuming Audi RS3 is no exception to this list. With the 2.5-liter turbocharged inline five-cylinder engine making a hefty 394 horsepower and 354 lb-ft of torque from the factory, this little engine that could, could. Due to the help of the dual clutch automatic gearbox and complex all-wheel-drive set up, it propels the RS3 to the top of the list of greats to defeat the Green Hell with the RS3 beating the likes of the 911 GT3 RS 4.0 (997) and Lexus LFA. These accolades don’t come as a surprise seeing how Audi has been going above and beyond to raise the bar for decades and for decades to come.

The Story of Dr. Jekyll

By day, Travis was a reserved man — methodical, intelligent, a master technician at Audi. He wore white gloves when assembling engines, quoted service manuals from memory, and maintained the kind of cold, professional composure that made newer master technicians whisper about him in the hallways. But everyone knew the rumors. They said Travis didn’t just tune cars — he transformed them. That under his lab coat lurked a side of him that came alive only after dark. A side that craved velocity, chaos, and the raw surge of unfiltered power.

They said he had built a car. An RS3, but not one you’d find in any showroom.

He called it Mr. Hyde.

and Mr. Hyde

On paper, it started as a 2.5L turbocharged inline-5. But in Travis’ lab, the injectors were replaced by a more robust MPI upgrade kit, the Unitronic ECU tuned for a stage 2 E85 fuel system, the intercooler replaced with a massive 1000hp capable STM counterpart engulfing the entirety of the front grille, a 5″ Iroz air intake and Iroz DSG catch can accompanied with a Unitronic turbo inlet pipe and a Milltek downpipe for maximum air intake.  One of the most important upgrades including the NEUSPEED RSe10 18×9 wheels all wrapped in 245/40 Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tires.
